Possibilities@Work provides privately-held family, technology and service businesses strategies to get to the next level. Often companies are doing the same things the same way for so long they get stuck. Typically clients are frustrated in one or more of the following areas:
As a result of collaboration, clients report they now have the tools, systems, vision and skills necessary to achieve their goals. Most business owners are experts in their area of specialization. However, they often lack the necessary business management skills to enable them to grow. Few of us have all the special expertise in marketing, selling, managing employees and developing systems. Possibilities@Work excels at assessing, consulting and coaching around the whole business. I understand the challenges owners face. The process I take my clients through eliminates much of the stress. It makes running a business more enjoyable and profitable. Nobody said it was easy, but it can be much easier, especially if you don't do it alone! Take a tour of the site to see how and whom I work with and the problems my team and I solve. |
What's NewHelpful Hint - Limited Offer It may be summer but it's not time to sit back because you assume everyone's on vacation. Everyone is not on vacation all summer. Many people take one or two weeks off over the course of 12 weeks but they are at work the other ten or eleven. Change your thinking and remember many companies stop their marketing efforts in the summer because of that antiquated thinking. Well, the field is wide open, there is less distraction for your initiatives. So, go for it! Come September you will be way ahead of your competition. The first five people to send an e-mail to info@possibilities-at-work.com with "summer marketing" in the subject line, will receive a 30 minute private call on what you can do to specifically market your business this summer. The rest will be sent a paper on summer marketing tips. Such a deal, let your colleagues in on it! Judge for Massachusetts Family Business Awards Program The 2008 Massachusetts Family Business Awards ceremony, hosted by the New England Chapter of Family Firm Institute and Northeastern University Center for Family Business, was held this month. This event was created to honor local family owned businesses. I was invited to be one of four judges evaluating all the applications and selecting the winners. Bernie and Phlyl's Furniture, were winners of the larger company section; Sal's Pizza, the Lupoli Companies, took the prize for mid-sized business; and Camp Thoreau for the small category. Congratulations to all the finalists and applicants. Recent Newsletters
